Use IPT punch, double pressure double side output, high production efficiency.
The control part adopts PLC programmable controller, and the operation panel uses color touch display screen, easy to operate.
Equipped with closed forced feeder. When the equipment runs at high speed, it fills the material forcibly, shortens the filling time and ensures the stability of tablet weight.
Equipped with main pressure display, pressure overload protection device, when the pressure overload, can automatically stop. There are over pressure protection, emergency stop, frequency converter fault alarm protection, strong exhaust heat dissipation device.
The working area adopts fully closed transparent windows with less dust pollution and excellent sealing. Components are made of stainless steel or special surface treatment, which can prevent cross pollution and meet GMP requirements.
