It adopts double row straight line filling with 10 plunger pumps, with no bottle stop filling function. The capping system adopts four-knife centrifugal capping, double-head capping, and the speed is fast.

Peristaltic pump: It's more convenient for adjusting the filling volume. And the clealing is very easy.  Pluner Pump: It applies to only one filling volume. It enables long-term stable filling.

The capping system adopts electromagnetic vibrating to feed the cap and automatically put on the cap.
 

The capping system adopts four-knife centrifugal capping, which is controlled by independent motor.
