The pelletizing cylinder is a conical cylinder at the upper part, and the bottom of the cylinder is processed by a whole pallet truck. The transition parts of all surfaces of the cylinder are arc-shaped liquid, which is easy to clean and has no dead zone for cleaning. At the same time, the pelletizing cylinder is welded by argon arc welding, and both the inside and the outside are polished, especially the internal surface is polished with a surface roughness of Raso.8um to ensure that the materials will not stick to the wall.
The rotating speed of the stirring slurry and the granulating knife can make the material move in three dimensions, and the particles collide, rub and shear, so that the friction is uniform and meticulous. Finally, stable spherical particles are formed, and the mixing time, the speed of stirring slurry and granulation knife, the granulation quality and uniformity after drying completely meet the production process requirements of solid preparations.
The lid of the pot is mainly equipped with vacuum feeding interface, liquid dosing gun, observation glass, liquid filling hopper, air outlet filtration system, locking device, air bag sealing, etc.
This machine also have graunlator in outlet station, which is for granulating, it can be make the granules look more clearly and nice looking.
