The vacuum stirring tank has the functions of heating, heat preservation and vacuum stirring.

The buffer pot ensures that the material does not enter the pipeline and the vacuum pump during vacuuming, avoiding the failure of the vacuum system.

The condensate tank is used to condense and store hot gas (steam) during vacuuming to protect the vacuum pump from damage.

The vacuum stirring barrel has a temperature control device that precisely controls the temperature of the material inside the drum.
The lid of the barrel is equipped with a gas connector, a pressure gauge and a safety valve, which can realize the supply of materials through pressure control.
The discharge port adopts a structure that is easy to disassemble and wash.
The barrel body part is a three-layer structure, and between the inner layer and the middle layer is a heating water layer.

The unique side-cut air supply system makes the cage material evenly exposed to air and accelerates the drying speed.
The combination of multiple sections is convenient for disassembling and assembling any section without affecting the normal operation of the other sections.
